Change.org Petition to Beyoncé & Jay Z: Comb Blue Ivy’s Hair

A new Change.org petition is making a simple request of Beyoncé and Jay Z: comb Blue Ivy's hair.

According to NY Mag, a photo of the couple's daughter with matted hair coming back from their recent Hamptons vacation hit the Internet. The kid's 'do at that point in the day was apparently too much to handle for some, who called out the parents for not taking proper care of Blue Ivy's
hair.

That drove one Jasmine Toliver to create a petition demanding that Bey and Jay take better care of their daughter's hairdo.

"As a woman who understands the importance of hair care," Toliver, from
Brooklyn, N.Y., wrote, "It's disturbing to watch a child suffering from the lack of hair moisture.

and Beyoncé has failed at numerous attempts of doing Blue Ivy Hair. This matter has escalated to the child developing matted dreads and lint balls.

Please let's get the word out to properly care for Blue Ivy hair."

The petition itself is simple, Toliver's additional comments notwithstanding. "Comb her hair," it reads. "Sincerely, [your name]."

It might seem like a fringe opinion — and it still largely is — but as of Wednesday night (June 11), the petition has garnered 725 signs, just 275 short of the 1,000 apparently needed in Toliver's mind.

"because no child with billions of dollars should look like a shlep," reads one comment from a signer of the petition.

"Comb that baby's hair!!" another demands. "She is a beautiful baby and needs that head snatched!! You got enough money so get it done."

Lol I feel no one has the right to tell a parent wat to and want not to do with their kid....I think she has a reason for leaving her blue's hair the way #natural# it is.
